To support our national customers, Smart Technology Solutions maintains a fully equipped remote diagnostics and software center at our corporate service headquarters in Mountain View, California. The Smart Technology Solutions National Operation Center (NNOC) operates 24-hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year and is staffed with highly experienced, cross-trained Customer Advocates (CA’s). The CA’s are the primary point of contact for communication and escalation, and are trained to monitor task completion and project progress.
